We have enhanced all our training program offerings to provide corporations the critical knowledge and skills from aviation CRM (crew resource management) and our own BRM™ (benevolence, rectitude and mindfulness) adapted from the Confucian Analects, Three Kingdoms, Hagakure and Gorinosho. We will be working on more interactive video segments for classroom training as well.
