# “What’s Next Leadership 2.0” Immersive Program

We have improved the "What's Next Leadership" program and launched "What's Next Leadership 2.0" program with immersive components.

Now, leaders and executives can experience the realistic and immersive exercises alongside pilots, in a flight simulator, and run through some flight emergencies. After the immersive experience, participants can derive synergistic learning points of crisis management and leadership.
